Appointment Booking • Online Booking: All appointments can be scheduled online through our website • Advance Booking: We recommend booking your appointments at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. 2. Confirmation of Appointments • Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact our support team. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. • Rescheduling: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before their scheduled time. • Late Cancellations/No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to show up will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service cost. 5. Payment Policy • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required for appointments or services at the time of booking. • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. 8.
